Okey
Yes the logical drives are in raid disk
the raid are 0+1
the fily systme is EXT4 for linux and it was installed under the VMWare ESXI
The ESXI file system is : vmdk

Try to install R-Studio into the virtual machine and scan the RAID. This article may be of some help you Data Recovery from a Reformatted Ext2/3/4FS Disk. Your case is not about disk format, but the general course of action should be the same.
As your disks are SSD, this article needs your attention: File Recovery Specifics for SSD and Other Devices Supporting the TRIM/UNMAP command. Most likely your RAID 0+1 doesn't use the TRIM/UNMAP command, but still...
