Where did the files reside? On the RAID or on the SSD disk?

Thanks for reply
was on the SSD disk / all 4 ssd disk are in raid mode , with hp provisioning we crate a single partition that gives us 1tb of space
in vmware we crate 2 os on this disk , 1 linux ubuntu server and the othere is windows server
the raid we used are 0 and 1 . that is, it is a combination of 0 and 1 raid

My understanding that the files were on the RAID and the RAID is intact. Than you can work with the RAID as it's a conventional disk. What is the file system of the RAID?

I need answers for two questions:
1. Is the logical volume on the RAID intact?
2. If yes, what is the file system of the RAID? NTFS? reFS? or something from Linux?
These movies don't provide answers to these questions.
