R-drive image 4.7 Version problem

Hi this is the problem. I made a very important backup of a hard drive using r-drive image 3.0 build 3037. I lost that version of the software. Now when I use r-dive image 4.7 build 4731 it says that the image file is not supported .
Why is this happening and how do I get it to work. Please help me out.

I am not anle to contact your tech support the website keeps giving me error messages. Please cant you tell me what to do??

UPD: I checked the thechsupport form, it works normally. What kind of error it throws?
