Lacie 5big RAID6

Post by zaiby » Wed Jul 11, 2012 2:15 pm

Hi

My Lacie 5Big Network2 drive failed and I really need all of the documents stored in it.
I have tried by my own but I can't figure it out how to configure the parameters in rstudio.
I have 5 disks and I have created an image of all of those drives.

The drive was running in RAID6 mode and I have found a document on lacies webpage that shows how it may be configured:

I was hoping if someone could guide me or help me with the creation of the required parameters in the virtual raid mode.
I can't by default select the shown RAID6-mode in rstudio

I recommend you to use this software ReclaiMe Free RAID Recovery to determine RAID parameters. When you may use them to create your custom RAID layout. See our online help for details: Working with Advanced RAID 6 Layouts.
