Creating a Drive-Image Boot USB Thumbdrive??

I have a HP MIni 1035 NR and Drive Image works great booting from a USB CD-ROM.

Is there any way to make a USB thumb drive bootable from which to run Drive Image? I have two USB ports, and one will be used for a USB hard drive to store my images and I would like to use the other to boot into text based Drive Image.

Even after formatting USB flash drives for FAT32 they never show up in the `Create Startup Disks` `Removable Device Storage Selection` screen. I have started and restarted the software. The drives DO appear in `My Computer`

I desperately need to create a USB flash drive startup disk.

Yes, I have downloaded and installed the latest version you have available on the web site. Version 4.6 Build 40601. I contacted support via e-mail and haven't had a response in 18 hours. How long should I expect to wait?

You specified a wrong product in your request, R-Studio, instead of R-Drive Image.
Nevertheless, our response team answered you. They asked you to send them your system dump from About menu in R-Drive Image with a connected flash drive.

I sent a second request and sent the system dump text with it and still have received no response in more than 24 hours.
