Well, it already exists. See Managing files/folders in wipe lists on Wipe Lists.

Regarding the Adblock Plus issue. Your program should not remove .ldb, CURRENT, LOCK and LOG files from this location: %LocalAppData%\Chrome Plus\User Data\*\File System\

This bug will be fixed in the next release to be published soon.
