i have r wipe set to every - closing a browser set and any browser and r wipe is not cleaning when i close micosoft edge it will clean when i close firefox
i am on windows 10 and r wipe newests Version: 10.9 build 1985

It appeared that Win10 final release differs much from all previous versions. We're developing a special build that should fix many problems.
