R-Drive image 6.2.6207 bootable iso does`t see m.2 NVMe disk

Post by Testing » Fri Mar 15, 2019 7:31 am

We try clone M.2 NVMe drive using R-Drive Image from boot media. But after boot r-drive doesn`t see NVMe drive in list available drives. Litle bit searching get me to the message from other vendors facing the similar issue https://kb.acronis.com/content/58006. Is it possible to fix that limitation on R-Drive image by adding necessary drivers/modules?

I think you need to switch the drive controller from RAID to AHCI mode in BIOS. This is a common problem with Linux-based bootable disks dealing with m.2 NVMe .
