MS Whiteboard

R-Wipe & Clean doesn't clean up the Wasm cache left by MS Whiteboard.
Also, links to MS Cloud services used while the app was running aren't cleaned up.

This build R-Wipe&Clean 20.0.2561 addresses this issue.
