Scheduled Image Error

I am currently using R-Drive Image Standalone 7.2 (Build 7207) for Windows 11 on my personal computer.

I found today it has not completed an image since May.

I checked the tasks/schedule in the program and it has been throwing the error `Unable to Prepare the Operation` after imaging attempts.

Can you help me with this?

Hi, I contacted the support and said that I needed to upgrade and retest the imaging to see if the problem reoccurs.
