How will I recognize the file I want to recover?

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question.
How will you find the file? By using R-Studio's search capabilities. See R-Studio's online help: Searching for a File and Mass File Recovery for more details.
How will you recognize that the file is the very one you search for? By using file previewer. See R-Studio's online help: Previewing Files for more details.
