Problem with R-Wipe&Clean 9.5 Build 1675!

Post by saad » Fri Aug 12, 2011 9:49 pm

I am trying your program on a Windows 7 32-bit system. When ever I click on Jump List, the program crashes. I am listing the error details here.

I have made a snapshot (.jpg file) of the error. I am trying to attach the snapshot here but, it is not allowing me to do that. This is the error I get when I try to attach the snapshot with my message here: Could not upload attachment to ./files/3142_2cb668631b9a70854f947d5d3b7791e8.

Actually it is not your program that is causing the problem. I have CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/) on my system. CCleaner has an option to Enable Windows Jump List Tasks. When this option is disabled in CCleaner then R-Wipe&Clean produce that error. I enabled that option in CCleaner and tried your program again, everything was fine.
