R Wipe & Clean doesn't delete setup logs in C:\Windows\appcompat\Programs\Install

Sorry, I was wrong, R-Wipe & Clean deletes the logs created by the system.
As I found out, yesterday I discovered the logs created by 3rd party utilities.
