Is there a document on using incremental backups?

Is there a document on using incremental backups with R-Drive? I've always done one backup a week and I think that's probably not great. Can someone point me to such a document? Thanks.

R-Drive Image help: Rotation Schemes (Backup Sets) and Create an Image->Imaging Options.
