R-Photo PC can't launch

I just installed rphoto64 to recover cr3 images on an sd card.

A "R-Photo" folder does show up on the start menu with user guide and license agreement.

It does not have an application icon. When I go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\R-Photo" I don't see a R-Photo.exe file. There are other .exe files.

How do I launch the app?

I tried to reproduce the problem, and it didn't appear.
Maybe, uninstall/re-install may help.
