I know many people who use R-Wipe & Clean.
Some of them have been facing a problem for about a month now: it's impossible to access the forum - a 403 error occurs.
It turned out that the problem occurs with IP addresses starting with 186 or 187, specifically:
186.247.*
187.13.*
187.14.*
187.15.*
187.40.*
etc
These people are located in different parts of the world.
They want to know whether this is a temporary problem and what the cause is.
