CCleaner 6.28 portable (no install) - handy for cleaning other people s PCs

I know most people dropped CCleaner years ago, but when you have to clean up somebody else's machine (a relative's, a client's, an office PC) it is still the fastest thing around and you do not want to leave the program installed on hardware that is not yours.
So I packed it as a portable build: single .exe, does not write into Program Files, does not leave the monitoring service running, does not add scheduled tasks. Open it, clean, close it, no residue.
Typical use:
1. Run as administrator.
2. Custom clean: tick only temp files, browser caches and the recycle bin. Be careful with "Registry" if the machine is a production box.
3. Untick "Active Monitoring" under Options if you do not want the resident process.
Tested on Win10 22H2 and Win11 23H2 x64. Fine on SSDs with 8 GB; on old HDDs the temp cleanup takes a while, be patient.

Fair warning: the free version no longer cleans what it used to, and "Health Check" is marketing. Use the custom tools.
