KMSAuto Lite 1.7.3 — activated Office 2021 on three machines, portable, no install
Short version: this is the portable build I've been using to activate Windows/Office on lab machines. Single exe, no installation, no background service left behind, and it does not touch the MBR.
What it does:
- Activates Windows 10/11 and Office 2016-2021 from the local KMS emulator (no online server needed after activation)
- Installs/removes the KMS licence cleanly, with a log in the app folder
- Adds a scheduled task so the emulator restarts after reboot (that part is optional, you can uncheck it)
- Runs from a USB stick if you keep it in a folder, no registry junk
Usage:
1. Extract the exe to a folder (not Program Files, it needs write access for the log)
2. Right click > Run as administrator
3. Pick the product you want from the list, press "Activate"
4. Reboot and check with `slmgr /xpr`
Caveats from my side: Defender flags it occasionally on first run (it's a known false positive with the wrapper), and 8.1 needs the older mode which is still in the menu.

Tested on Win10 22H2 and Win11 23H2. If someone gets a different result on 24H2 say so in the thread instead of opening a new one.
