Unable to open saved image using demo version

I get the following message "The last volume of the multi volume image should be the first to open" when I try to open a saved image in the demo version. Is this because I need to purchase the R-Studio first, or is there something wrong with the image file? I would like to be sure its able to see my bad hard drive before I purchase it.

Surely this problem is not because this is a demo version.
I passed the problem to our developers.

Thanks for the response, I'm not going to try and create another image since it took over 14 hours to complete. I wouldn't want to damage the hard drive more.

Most likely, a damaged or missing image file.
