Data recovery, possible to get the file structure back as we

I bought a software R-Studio X64 last night,
I Recovery 1T Harddisk Ext4 from my Qxxx NAS
But i only got a Extra Found Files, without any folder and file structure.

Possible to get the file structure back as well?

Or use R-Studio can solve this problem?

Please describe what happened and what you've done to recover files more precisely.

Thank you your reply. My english not very well.

I using a Qnap NAS Ext4 Raid 1 HDDx2, but i click a button "Restore Default Network Shares" on my nas, than i discover all folder remove.
I without write any file again. I download R-Studio Scan a day and all file only sort by their type. My Harddisk without any bad sector and Smart Test is Good.

any more info i can provide ?

Did you remove the disk out of the NAS, connect it to a computer, and created a virtual RAID1 out of them?
