Just contact them at sales (at) r-tt (dot) com and ask that question to them providing the R-Drive Image version and data of purchase.
You may also see which version is available to each separate customer through the Registered User's Console.

I have several customers with versions of r-drive image corporate ranging from 4.6 to 4.7 4717. What versions, if any can these customers upgrade too for free without re-buying a license?
