That means that you have to re-start the computer into the R-Drive Image startup version. That can be done either using an R-Drive Image startup disk or make running R-Drive Image restart the computer into it. See more at R-Drive Image on-line help: Restore Data to a System or Other Locked Disk.
It's the same for 32 and 64 bit systems.

How do I "switched to the pseudo-graphic mode directly from Windows" and does it work on 32 and 64 bit?
