If that happens with two programs, may be something wrong with the NAS?

hi,
A few days ago I made a copy of a computer with windows 7 This copy extension of the program, go through the network to a NAS, I want to recover some files that copy of seuridad and try to open that image appears when the selected patch in red and leaves me the option of continuing to see the disk structure and be able to recover windows 7.
A that is due? I've done wrong? I tried also to create a vdi image and I feel the same.
Do not know what else to do, thanks
