Unfortunately, yes, you have to manually check every recovered file if you want to be 100% sure it has been recovered correctly.

Thank's Alt for the feedback! I should recover several thousand of files... In order to be sure, do i have to check every file manually after restoring them?

R-Studio cannot surely understand which file is recoverable and which not until it actually recover, or failed to recover, it. R-Studio writes failed to recover files to its log.
