Please, contact our techsupport with this problem. Please, provide them with a link to this topic and a system dump from R-Drive image (About -> System dump) when R-Drive Image cannot see the SSD drive.

eMMC image

I am using R-Drive Image 5.3 and attempted to image a HP Steam 11 (Win 8.1) with eMMC solid state storage. R-Drive ran from my USB drive after a bit of work in the bios but it could not see the drive to make an image. The SD card and both USB drives that I had connected were reported but not the system drive on the laptop. Any suggestions?
