What does that mean - "formatted his JVC camera"? Did he formatted a memory card from this camera? Actually, if the customer can make some very short (1-2 sec) movies on that camera, you may create a file type definition using this article as a reference: Creating a Custom Known File Type for R-Studio. If this doesn't help, I can try to create it if you send me the files.

I have a customer who formatted his JVC camera, I think the files are stored as .tod, I don't think RStudio picks them up - does anyone have an .xml or the headers/footers for that file type? Thanks :)
