The next update stopped this error from occurring.
I did not get in touch with support..or if I did, they did not respond but, in any case, the error has resolved itself.

Please contact our techsupport with the problem. They'll help you to solve it. Please, provide them with a system dump of your system (About -> System Dump).

Hi all,
R-Drive image has stopped backing up my PC now with the error in the title of the post.
Gets about half way through the process which is backing up a Windows 10 partition and three Linux partitions before failing with this "Internal" error.
Same happens with the Graphical or text bootable tools. Have not yet tried to use the actual program in WIndows because..mostly I don't use Windows. I will, for the purposes of experimentation, give this a go and report back.

For info I am on the latest update of the program and have made a new boot USB drive from that program.
