Sorry for the delay. Yes I did assign a drive letter and it was one not currently or previously in use.

Did you assign a disk letter to that disk?

Hi Alt, I did and received the message that it was connected successfully. Windows did not install additional software. When I retried R-drive software showed that drive selected the first time was not available to use the second time, so I believe R-drive recognized it, but Win 10 did not. Thanks.

Did you connect the virtual disk as described on the Connect an Image as a Virtual Logical Disk help page?

Hi, I just recently started using R-drive. I created a virtual logical disk and received the successful creation message; however, I am unable to see the virtual disk using file explorer, or disk management, in Win 10. I went partially through the image restore process to verify the original image was good and it was. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
