They should be correctly recovered and renamed.

Hi, Yes that is correct, the errors are " Recovering file .... failed. The file exist."

Hundreds of these errors. Does this mean they are not being recovered/renamed or they are? I did not keep the logs to check

No, any file marked for recovery should be recovered.
Most likely, the message is Recovering file .... failed. The file exist.
Check the files, they should be recovered and renamed accordingly.

I am trying to recover all files of a type (.doc) from a drive whether deleted or current. I choose the option to rename files with the same name, but when recovering I come up with many errors of

The file ***** cannot be recovered. File already exists.

Does this mean current visible files are not being recovered because they are normally accessible?
