Connect an Image is Greyed Out

Hi there
I installed RDrive Image and made an image of a disk I was about to wipe. At that time the ability to mount and unmount the image was present. When I reformatted the PC and installed win 10 and reinstalled Drive Image the Connect an Image as a Virtual Logic Disk and Unmount options are Greyed out. I need to be able to access the old drive to pull files off.
I was not given an option for windows to install anything and I have already tried to uninstall and re-install Drive Image.
