We need the sysinfo from you to investigate into the problem. Tools -> Save system info, then zip it and send to us raptorbck (at) gmail (dot) com.

I finished a scan and found the required files on the "raw" section. I was able to view all the .mp4 videos in the viewer successfully. But when I tried recovering the files to a large empty drive with a lot of space, all files larger than 30 GB couldn't be copied to the destination folder. The error said that "There is not enough space on the disk" although the space is more than enough. Looks like a bug to me. I tried different drives with different file systems (HFS and Exfat), but still same issue. I'm using R-Studio for MAC 6.4.5871. Looks like a bug to me.

Any suggestions?
