Is the flash drive FAT32 or exFAT formatted? If it is FAT32, 4GB is the max file size it can store.

"There is not enough space" error

I am trying to recover a large file (~100GB) into a USB flash disk that has 120GB free space but I receive an error message saying that "There is not enough space" after recovering about 4GB of the data. I am using R-Studio 8.13.176037 . I verified that the USB disk have enough space by copying other files into it. Does anyone have any suggestion? Thanks!
