R-Studio Emergency CD full version

I have and own R-Studio. I'm booting my PC with the emergency CD and all goes well. I See my RAID BIOS and the partition. I see the Documents folder and files. I select the My Document and all the sub-files. I press F2 to choose the USB Drive to recovery these files to and NOTHING. (NOTE: I can see the USB Drive and all the files there as well) Ok... no biggy. I've use R-Studio before and if you click Recover Marked Files it will prompt you for the output location. NOPE. BLUE SCEEN. I left click and nothing I right click and there are two option. Shutdown or Reboot.

How to I recover the file when booting from an Emergency CD?
