Can you create a virtual RAID from those images?

Good Day,

Working with a RAID 5 array, was able to image all three (3) disks from the array however, while two (2) of the disks show a partition layout, one (1) of them shows 'Deleted Partition'

How can I 'un-delete' the partition on said disk so I can use it in the RAID data recovery?
