Solved, myself.
Short story. I have enabled Secure Boot in UEFI and Windows 8.1 decided to enable BitLocker
Used Space Only Encrypted.
Under Control Panel you will see that BitLocker is Disabled. But under Windows 8.1 New Settings Panel - About Computer you wil see that BitLocker Enabled. Click Disable and BitLocker will decrypt encrypted data and disable it.
Now R-Drive Image shows partition layout correctly. Hope that it will be fixed in future releases?
