Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on very many factors.

I formatted my USB using quick format. The USB file system was NTFS but it was formatted to exFAT. When opening the R-Studio, it shows a Reformatted1 with NTFS file system. All the files can be found inside the Reformatted1. Does it mean that R-Studio can automatically find the reformatted one without having to scan the USB?
