This is the way secure boot works. We cannot do anything about this. You may use Windows PE startup disk.

I was not able to boot the system with Linux startup disk. I was getting error, "Selected boot image didn't authenticate". I had to disable Secure Boot on my system to boot with your Linus startup disk.
