Startup Disk hangs after loading rmconfig.bin

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a startup disk on a USB stick and run it on a ASUS NUC 14 Pro (4RVKU50000UI).
The disk creates fine (Linux version), but when I boot with the stick it hangs after "loading ../../rmconfig.bin... ok"
I tried all four booting options.

Any help would be appreciated
