Did you scan for Known File Types? Drive Scan.

Power outage left my ReFS 3.7 drive in RAW state, and RefsUtil only supports up to 3.5. After a 30-hour scan, I see thousands of "recognized" partitions and the main drive, but no folder structure—just generic data types, none of my actual files like .wtv or .iso. Search turns up irrelevant stuff. No idea what to try next.
