Hi,

Thank you for the reply.
I already contacted them, and they could not do anything about it.
So I requested for a refund instead, and will just repurchase the license to reactivate it.
I'm still waiting for the refund to reflect in my credit card account.

Hi,

I updated my bios to a newer firmware that I downloaded from the manufacturer.
When I started R-Studio after booting up to windows, the app started as demo.
I tried to input the license key, but it says no more activations left on this license key.
It seems that the bios update has changed the hardware signature of my motherboard.

How can I reactivate R-Studio again in this case?
