R-Studio ver9 Activate License Problems

I need to do a deleted files recovery this weekend, but my R-studio license will not register a new computer.
I bought another year support, which gave me a new license, the software still shows a hardware code that does not match.
The last time I used this software was over 13 months ago on a decommissioned computer, can I manually release an activation so I can activate a new computer?
