I saw there was a posting on this topic. I too encountered the the same problem as with the previous posting on this topic.

Even after formatting USB flash drives for FAT32 they never show up in the `Create Startup Disks` `Removable Device Storage Selection` screen. I have started and restarted the software. The drives DO appear in `My Computer`

I am using the latest version of R-Drive. What next?
