No, the e-mails were sent by a colleague so will be a different email address than the one I use here
We purchased a site licence to account for as much as 64 machines running R-Studio. It was not cheap, yet if all 64 machines update to new version today then we have 64 data recovery workstations running a demo mode because registration key from previous version is not valid!
As you can imagine, it is very frustrating that this happens. Is there any reason why registration codes do not remain valid? Is this something that will be addressed, or will each update have the same inconvenience?
I will find out the email address that was used to contact sales department regarding this and get back to you,
Thanks
