Re: Recovering Videos

I have exactly the same problem. The disk come from a QNAP NAS (TS-109), formating in ext3 or 4 I guess.
All the files recovery went fine, except for large video files (700 Mb and over) that are not playable anymore once recovered.
I used a windows computer to access the disk and I copy them on my QNAP (wich has a new disk inside).
Has anyone an idea to recover the video files ?

Recovering Videos

I am trying to recover some videos from my nas. I have scanned the hdd and I can see the complete folder structure all intact as in before the error.

I can recover my mp3's and other documents fine.

But when I come to recover my video files a large majority of them recover fine but then do not play once they are recovered.

Can anyone help?

Cheers.
