Hi, relatively new to recovery and just bought R Studio for Mac to try and recover a Maxtor one touch 750GB Hard drive. The drive is partitioned in 3 equal parts and none of the contents is viewable. I am currently scanning the entire drive and I am getting all error messages in the log stating read failed at position XXXXXX after one attempt. On top of this the estimated time left to scan is 6 years. Seems a little odd and I don't really have six years to wait... no suprises there. Would appreciate any advice from the team here
