If you can start your NAS device with an R-Studio Agent, you can. That means that your NAS device is hardware compatible and can be started from an external device. Otherwise, read our FAQ.

Is it possible to recover data from a NAS network drive using R-studio and R-studio agent? I can of course not install R-studio agent on the NAS but would it all be possible to connect to the NAS to recover the data?
