Hello,
I have just sent a second email to the support team as I have not received any response for the first one. The problem is that the other day I downloaded the r-studio for mac software version, I used it to evaluate if I could recover some files i had lost, and that was the case. As I was satisfied with the result I decided to buy the product key. I went to your home page but on the list there was not a r-studio for mac version (as you can see on this link "
http://www.r-tt.com/es/BuyOnLine.shtml" ) so I bought the r-studio normal version. The software is not recognizing the product key I bought which costs exactly the same amount as the mac version which i afterwards found in another link, I would like to be able to get a product key for the software I am using or to get my money back.
