Sorry for the long delay, we needed some time to investigate into the problem. This is a common glitch of Windows. Actually, the driver has already been installed and is running.

Hi,
When I launch R-Drive Image 6 build 6308 I see a driver installation taking place but it fails

Should I be worried ? My PC, a Dell Alienware runs Win 7x64
