R-Studio stuck in Show Files screen

R-Studio stuck at this screen for couple of hours. No change in Time Elapsed, Remaining, Recognized, % Complete, Total Data in Files.

Windows process manager CPU usage is changing, but the memory usage is stuck in one value.

Is this normal?
