Is your storage device an SSD drive? If yes read this article: File Recovery Specifics for SSD and Other Devices Supporting the TRIM/UNMAP command.

It seems R-Undelete can't recover a file if I delete a file using Shift+Del Or the file has been Cut & Paste to an USB drive.

I had two jpg files, one using shift-del and one using cut. Immediately I run R-Undelete which it can see both files are deleted but it says Below Average (Wrong Size). Even both files seems to be recovered but it won't open.

Any ideas?
